REDFOX 600 / Pasta cookers

The pasta cookers in the REDFOX 600 line have pressed tubs with rounded inner corners for convenient cleaning and easy maintenance of the appliance. Both the bath and the top plate are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Easy thermoregulation in the range from 30 to 110 °C is a matter of course. The special material of the Incoloy 800 heating element provides increased resistance to salt water and thus a great service life of the device. The pasta cooker is also equipped with a 130°C safety thermostat. Three different shapes and sizes of pasta baskets offer great variability. It is thus possible, for example, to prepare several portions of different pastas at once. The integrated drain cock will help with easy water replacement in the cooker. A big advantage of the REDFOX pasta cooker is the tub with a practical molding that prevents the water from overflowing when boiling.
