Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Falcon Kitchens L.L.C. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Refunds:
- We offer refunds on products returned within 14 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Returns:
- To return an item, please email us at info@falcon-kitchens.com to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- After receiving a return authorization, carefully package your item and ship it back to us at the address provided.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please email us at info@falcon-kitchens.com to request an exchange authorization. Please provide your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.
- After receiving an exchange authorization, you can return your item for a replacement or exchange for another item of equal or lesser value.
