At Falcon Kitchens, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review the guidelines below to understand how returns, replacements, and cancellations are handled.

Returns & Replacements

  • ⁠All return or replacement requests require management approval.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the total invoice value for approved returns.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Cleaning chemicals cannot be returned or exchanged due to safety and hygiene standards.

Refund Timeline

  • Credit / Debit Card Payments:
    Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval. Applicable processing fees will be deducted.
  • Cash on Delivery:
    Refunds will be issued via bank transfer within 7 working days.
  • Bank Wire Payments:
    Refunds will be completed via bank wire transfer within 7 working days.

International Orders

⁠Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • ⁠Items must be returned in original condition within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers may use their preferred courier service.
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to approved returns.
  • ⁠Cleaning chemicals remain non-returnable.
