Returns, Replacements & Cancellations
At Falcon Kitchens, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review the guidelines below to understand how returns, replacements, and cancellations are handled.
Returns & Replacements
- All return or replacement requests require management approval.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the total invoice value for approved returns.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Cleaning chemicals cannot be returned or exchanged due to safety and hygiene standards.
Refund Timeline
- Credit / Debit Card Payments:
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval. Applicable processing fees will be deducted. - Cash on Delivery:
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer within 7 working days. - Bank Wire Payments:
Refunds will be completed via bank wire transfer within 7 working days.
International Orders
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Items must be returned in original condition within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers may use their preferred courier service.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to approved returns.
- Cleaning chemicals remain non-returnable.
