At Falcon Kitchens, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review the guidelines below to understand how returns, replacements, and cancellations are handled.

Returns & Replacements

  • ⁠All return or replacement requests require *management approval*.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their *original packaging*.
  • Requests must be made *within 7 days* from the date of delivery.
  • A *25% restocking fee* will be deducted from the total invoice value for approved returns.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • ⁠*Cleaning chemicals* cannot be returned or exchanged due to safety and hygiene standards.

Refund Timeline

  • ⁠*Credit / Debit Card Payments:*
    Refunds are processed within *7–10 working days* after approval. Applicable processing fees will be deducted.
  • *Cash on Delivery:*
    Refunds will be issued via *bank transfer* within *7 working days*.
  • ⁠*Bank Wire Payments:*
    Refunds will be completed via *bank wire transfer* within *7 working days*.

International Orders (Oman, Qatar & Bahrain)

  • ⁠Return shipping costs are the *customer’s responsibility*.
  • ⁠Items must be returned in original condition within *7 days* of delivery.
  • Customers may use their *preferred courier service*.
  • A *25% restocking fee* applies to approved returns.
  • ⁠Cleaning chemicals remain *non-returnable*.
