This optimal efficiency is ensured by the rotation of the rollers on themselves thanks to an asynchronous motor. Each 3-cm-diameter chrome roller has a power of 125 W. The gap between the rollers is 1.5 cm. This sausage warmer is particularly popular in hot dog concepts or football/rugby stadiums during the rush hours for a prompt service. This double sausage heater is equipped with 2 independent heating zones.
