Free Delivery Terms & Conditions

1.⁠ ⁠Free delivery is available across all Emirates of the UAE for orders with a total value of AED 1,000 or above (excluding VAT), unless otherwise stated.

2.⁠ ⁠Orders below AED 1,000 are subject to a delivery charge, which will vary depending on the delivery location, item size, weight, and access requirements. The applicable delivery fee will be communicated and charged separately before dispatch.

3.⁠ ⁠Free delivery applies to standard ground-floor delivery only. Additional services such as installation, upper-floor delivery without elevator access, crane lifting, or special handling may incur extra charges.

4.⁠ ⁠Delivery timelines may vary based on product availability, delivery location, public holidays, weather conditions, and other operational factors. Customers will be notified of any unexpected delays.

5.⁠ ⁠Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive and inspect the goods at the time of delivery. Any visible damage or discrepancies should be reported immediately upon receipt.

6.⁠ ⁠Falcon Kitchens reserves the right to exclude selected products, bulk orders, customized equipment, or remote locations from the free delivery offer. Any additional charges will be communicated prior to order confirmation.

7.⁠ ⁠If an order qualifying for free delivery is partially returned or cancelled, causing the final order value to fall below AED 1,000, Falcon Kitchens reserves the right to deduct the applicable delivery charges from the refund amount.

8.⁠ ⁠Free delivery promotions are valid only within the United Arab Emirates and cannot be combined with other special shipping offers unless specifically stated.

9.⁠ ⁠Remote areas and locations with restricted access may require additional transportation charges, even if the order value exceeds AED 1,000. Customers will be informed in advance whenever applicable.

10.⁠ ⁠Falcon Kitchens reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this free delivery policy at any time without prior notice.
