At Falcon Kitchens LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 3 days of purchase under the following terms:

2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be strictly met:
1: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials.
2: The product must be returned in the exact condition it was delivered — free from physical damage, internal or external alterations, and with all original components intact.
3: If the item is found to be non-functional or not working upon delivery, the customer must inform us immediately upon receipt. In such cases, the customer may choose to either return the item for a full refund or send it for repair, based on the specific product and issue.
4: If the item is returned damaged, incomplete, or non-functional due to customer misuse, mishandling, unauthorized repairs or modifications, Falcon Kitchens LLC reserves the right to decline the return and deny any refund.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

4. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a **trackable shipping method to ensure secure delivery back to Falcon Kitchens LLC.

Returns or Replacement for Kuwait, Saudi, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain.
Customer will cover shipping cost for product return.
In case the product is in its original packaging and has not been damaged in any shape or form then the customer has a maximum of 3 days to return the product at their own cost via their own shipping company.
25% restocking fee from the total invoice applies for product return.
For Credit or Debit card payments any refund will be within 10 to 14 working days. Please take note processing fee will be deducted from refund.
For Bank Wire, payment amount will be transferred via a bank wire within 10 to 14 working days.
